1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to own or operate the vehicles registered on your profile. When creating an account:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal and vehicle information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

2. Acceptable Use of the QR Contact System

Our QR stickers and number masking technology are intended exclusively to facilitate legitimate, respectful communication regarding parked vehicles, emergency alerts, and vehicle safety.

You strictly agree NOT to:

• Use the messaging or calling gateway to harass, threaten, abuse, or send unsolicited commercial advertisements (spam).
• Register vehicle numbers or stickers that do not belong to you or for which you lack legal operating permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass our telephone number masking algorithms or telephony bridges.
• Submit malicious scripts, unauthorized bots, or automated queries to our QR scanning endpoints.

3. Product Orders & Payments

All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to revise pricing, discounts, and combo offers at any time without prior notice.

• Payments are processed securely via verified third-party gateways (Razorpay). Orders are confirmed once payment authorization is received.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment attempts.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, trademarks, QR design templates, source code, UI interfaces, illustrations, and brand assets—is the intellectual property of RegisterMyCar and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that telephony bridges, carrier networks, or QR scanning will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

In no event shall RegisterMyCar or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from parking fines, municipal towing, vehicle damage inflicted by third parties, or telecommunication network failures.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the emergency calling infrastructure, without prior notice or refund.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
